LOI due October 18, 2011
Process and Deadlines:The 2011 Letter of Intent Call-For-Proposal is now open and will close on Oct 18 2011. Applications will be accepted only through the electronic application system. Successful applicants will be invited to submit a Full Proposal through the electronic system, which will be due December 16 2011. All interested applicants must register on the application system, and submit a Letter of Intent (LOI). All applicants will be notified by November 17 2011 regarding the status of their Letter of Intent.
